CHG + Iso Propanol Skin Prep is a broad-spectrum antimicrobial solution with rapid and persistent action for pre and post-surgical skin antisepsis. The solution conforms to FDA guidelines for skin preparation and is clinically proven to be effective with a single application. Contains Chlorhexidine Gluconate IP 10% v/v (Equivalent 2% w/v Chlorhexidine Gluconate) and Isopropyl Alcohol IP 70% v/v. It provides persistent antibacterial activity for up to 6 hours and suppresses bacterial regrowth for 72 hours after a single application.

Uses:
Many hospitals use methylated spirit as a disinfectant before injections. Both IPA (Isopropyl Alcohol) and methylated spirit act as effective disinfectants; however, IPA is generally more cost-effective compared to methylated spirit.
